16. מסירת הודעות
מסירת הודעות ומסמכים בערעור תיעשה לפי כללי המסירה שבחלק ד׳ לתקנות הפרוצידורה האזרחית, 1938, ובלבד שכראיה למסירת העתק החלטת הועדה שנשלחה בדואר רשום לתובע ולממונה על פי הוראות סעיף 36(ו) לחוק, תשמש הקבלה החוזרת של המכתב הרשום.
