6. מסירת העתק
(א)העתק מכתב הערעור, בציון יום הגשתו, יוחזר על ידי משרד הרישום למגיש הערעור.
(ב)העתק אחד מכתב הערעור עם המצורף אליו יימסר לפרקליט המחוז, ואחד לממונה אם המערער הוא התובע, ואם המערער היה הממונה, יימסר העתק לתובע.
