5. חישוב תקופת העבודה במוסד מוכר
הכיר הרמטכ״ל בעבודתו של אדם במוסד מוכר וקבע את תקופת העבודה, תצורף לתקופת שירותו בשירות קבע תקופת עבודתו באותו מוסד, ובלבד שלענין סעיפים 17(א) ו־18 לחוק תצורף תקופה השווה לארבע חמישיות מתקופת עבודתו באותו מוסד.
