Section 1 of הודעה בדבר תנאים לתשלום גימלה לרגל פרישתו של עובד לפני תחילת החוק.
1.
עובד שנפטר לפני תחילת החוק תשולם לשאיריו גימלה אם נתקיים בו אחד משני אלה:
(1)הוא שירת חמש שנים לפתות בשירות המדינה;
(2)הוא שירת שנה אחת לפחות בשירות המדינה לאחר שעבר אליו ממוסד מוכר ונתמלאו בו התנאים האמורים בתקנה 1(1) עד (3) לתקנות שירות המדינה (גימלאות) (הכרת עבודה במוסד מוכר כשירות), תשט״ז–1956, וימי שירותו בשירות המדינה וימי עבודתו במוסד המוכר מצטרפים לתקופה של 11 שנה לפחות.
