Section 7 of הודעה בדבר תנאים לתשלום גימלה לרגל פרישתו של מורה לפני תחולת החוק.

בהחלטה זו –
”מורה“ – עובד ששימש בעת פרישתו כמורה ואשר החוק חל עליו מכוח החלטת הממשלה לפי סעיף 70(א)(3).
”הקופה“ – קופת הפנסיה של מורי מערכת החינוך בישראל בערבון מוגבל;
”פנסיה“ – סכום המשתלם מדי חודש בחדשו על ידי הקופה למורה שפרש מעבודתו;
”פיצויים“ – הענקה או הטבה אחרת מאוצר המדינה שניתנה לרגל פרישת מורה מעבודתו, לרבות סכומים שאינם פנסיה ששולמו לרגל אותה פרישה על ידי הקופה מתוך התשלומים ששילם המעביד לקופה בעד אותו מורה.
