3. תנאי סף
סכום נוסף לפי תקנות אלה יחולק לבית חולים, ובלבד שהוא עומד בדרישות האלה:
(1)בית החולים משתף פעולה עם הבקרות שעורך מזמן לזמן משרד הבריאות על הנתונים המועברים במסגרת מערך המדידה הממוחשב;
(2)בית החולים מימש את תוכנית המיטות בפסיכיאטריה לפי שנת התקצוב או לפי מימוש שונה, ובלבד שראש חטיבת הרפואה במשרד הבריאות, אישר זאת מראש.
