3. גיוון והכללה ברשימת ההתקשרויות
רשימת ההתקשרויות תכלול הפקות שבהן מתקיימים גיוון והכללה של כלל מרכיבי החברה הישראלית, בין השאר תוך מתן ביטוי למגוון החברתי, המגדרי, התרבותי, הדתי, האתני ומתן ייצוג לאזורי הארץ השונים, לצורות ההתיישבות השונות ולהשקפות השונות הרווחות בציבור.
