5. בדיקת קיום דרישת הישראליות בנוגע ליוצרים
(א)המנהל יבחן את התקיימות דרישת הישראליות בנוגע ליוצרים שהשתתפו בהפקה לפי הצהרת המפיק לפי סעיף קטן (ב).
(ב)לפני התקשרות התאגיד עם המפיק, יצהיר המפיק כי ההפקה עומדת בדרישת הישראליות בנוגע ליוצרים לפי הטופס שבתוספת הרביעית.
(ג)המפיק יוכל לעדכן את ההצהרה במהלך העבודה על הפקה באישור המנהל.
(ד)בגמר ההפקה ולפני שידורה, יאמת המנהל את שמות היוצרים שבהצהרה אל מול שמות היוצרים המופיעים בהפקה עצמה.
