4. איסור הטעיה
מתווך במקרקעין לא יעשה דבר, במעשה או במחדל, בכתב או בעל פה או בכל דרך אחרת, העלול להטעות אדם בכל עניין מהותי בנוגע לעסקת התיווך או לעסקת המקרקעין, ובכלל זה הצגת נכס ביודעו שאינו מיועד למכירה או להשכרה.
