8. מסירת מסמכים ושמירתם
מתווך במקרקעין ימסור ללקוחו העתק מטופס ההזמנה בכתב, מהסכם הבלעדיות ומכל מסמך אחר הנוגע לעסקת התיווך או לעסקת המקרקעין שנדרש לעורכו בכתב לפי כל דין, וישמור עותק ממסמכים אלה לתקופה של שבע שנים לפחות מיום חתימתם, בלי לפגוע בהוראות חוק אחר.
