9. הבטחת מידע
(א)ממונה שהרשות המוסמכת העבירה לו מידע, ישמור את המידע האמור באופן שתימנע גישה אל המידע מכל תקשורת חיצונית, מכל גורם שאינו מורשה לעיין ולטפל בו.
(ב)נוסף על תקנת משנה (א), הממונה ישמור את המידע לפי סיווג המידע שקבע ראש הרשות המוסמכת לפי תקנה 4(א) לתקנות איסור הלבנת הון (כללים לניהול המאגר ולאבטחת המידע שבו), התשס״ב–2002.
