17. הפסקת תקצוב
לא העביר בעל מוסד פטור או מנהלו דין וחשבון כספי או מסמכים מינהליים וכספיים לפי דרישת המנהל הכללי או מי מטעמו, רשאי השר או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך להורות על הפסקת התקצוב, ובלבד שנתן למוסד החינוך הזדמנות להביא את טענותיו לפניו ולתקן את הדרוש תיקון.
