9. זיהוי הרושם
(א)מנהל מוסד ידרוש מההורים לזהות את עצמם באמצעות תעודת זהות או דרכון.
(ב)אפוטרופוס הבא לרשום תלמיד, יביא עימו תעודה מזהה כמפורט בתקנת משנה (א), וכן העתק מאושר מצו בית המשפט הקובע שהוא אפוטרופסו של התלמיד.
