10. אישור מסירת מידע מסוים
מנהל המאגר או קצין בדרגת רב–פקד שהוסמך לכך בידי מנהל המאגר (להלן – מנהל המאגר או הקצין מטעמו) רשאי לאשר, בהחלטה מנומקת בכתב, מסירת מידע מסוים מתוך המאגר לגוף ציבורי, לאחר ששקל את השיקולים הקבועים בתקנה 9(ב).
