8. בקשת מידע של גוף ציבורי
גוף ציבורי הנדרש למידע האגור במערכת יגיש בקשה בכתב לקבל מידע, שתכלול את כל אלה:
(1)זהות הגוף המבקש;
(2)פרטי הגורם המבקש ותפקידו;
(3)תיאור המידע המבוקש;
(4)המטרה שלשמה נדרש המידע, מתוך המטרות המפורטות בסעיף 10טז(א) לפקודה;
(5)תדירות העברת המידע;
(6)אופן העברת המידע;
(7)מורשי הגישה בגוף הציבורי;
(8)אופן שמירת המידע בגוף הציבורי, אבטחתו והבקרה על הגישה אליו.
