1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”העברת קרן“ – העברת קרן נאמנות למנהל קרן ממנהל קרן אחר;
”מועד השלמת העברת הקרן“ – יום העברת הקרן בפועל לניהולו של מנהל הקרן המקבל;
”מנהל קרן אחר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 23ז לחוק.
