4. הפסקת השימוש והשבת המצב לקדמותו
עם פקיעת תוקפו של צו זה לפי סעיף 3(א) ו־(ג), וכן עם פקיעת תוקפו של צו זה לעניין פטור מהיתר בתום 18 חודשים מיום כניסת התוכנית המסדירה לתוקף כאמור בסעיף 3(ב) סיפה, הגורם המבצע יהיה אחראי להפסקת השימושים מכוח צו זה במבנים במתחם ולהחזרת המצב לקדמותו ככל האפשר, זולת אם הוסדרו על פי דין.
