ניהול כספי הקרן
7.1כספי ”קרן הכנסת לנזקקים (סיוע ליחידים – חברה)“ ינוהלו בהתאם להוראות סעיף 1.
7.2הקצבה לסיוע שאושרה תבוצע בדרך של תשלום בהמחאה, בחתימת מזכיר הכנסת וחשב הכנסת, ובהיעדר אחד מהם – בחתימת יושב ראש הכנסת, או שתבוצע בדרך אחרת שתקבע הוועדה בתיאום עם חשב הכנסת ומזכיר הכנסת.
