12. מספר הצרורות שמהן ינטלו [במקור: יוטלו] דוגמאות
(1)כשמספיקין את הזבל בצרורות, יהא מספר הצרורות שיבוררו לנטילת דוגמאות, כדלקמן:–
| הכמות במשלוח | מספר השקים שנבחרו |
| לא יותר מטון אחד | לא פחות משני שקים. |
| יותר מטון אך לא יותר משני טונים | לא פחות מארבעה שקים. |
| יותר משני טונים אך לא יותר מארבעה טונים | לא פחות מששה שקים. |
| יותר משלושה טונים; בעד כל טון העודף על שלושה טונים | שק נוסף אחד; לעולם אין צורך לבחור [במקור: לבכור] יותר מחמשה עשר שקים. |
(2)הברירה תעשה מחלקים שונים של כל המשלוח כולו.
