1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המועצה“ – המועצה לביקורת סרטים ומחזות;
”השר“ – שר הפנים;
”יושב ראש המועצה“ – יושב ראש המועצה לביקורת סרטים ומחזות או ממלא מקומו;
”מחזה או שעשוע ציבורי“ – כמשמעותו בפקודת ההצגות הציבוריות (ביקורת).
