16. עיון מחדש
(א)מבקש היתר רשאי להגיש ליושב ראש המועצה בקשה מנומקת לעיון מחדש בהחלטת המועצה, תוך שנה מיום קבלת ההחלטה.
(ב)החליט יושב ראש המועצה להביא את הבקשה לעיון מחדש, יודיע על כך למבקש.
(ג)בדיון מחדש, רשאית המועצה להחליט:
(1)להשאיר את החלטתה הקודמת בעינה;
(2)להענות לבקשה ולשנות את החלטתה בתנאים או ללא תנאים;
(3)להזמין את מבקש ההיתר להופיע בפניה ולשמוע טענותיו.
