18. פיקוח
(א)כל חבר מחברי המועצה וכן מי שהרשה מזכיר המועצה (להלן – המבקר) יהא רשאי להיכנס בכל עת למקום ששם מוקרן סרט, מוצג מחזה או מתקיים שעשוע ציבורי. מזכיר המועצה יוציא את ההרשאה לאחר קבלת אישורו המוקדם של יושב ראש המועצה.
(ב)המבקר יגיש דין וחשבון בכתב על תוצאות ביקורו למזכיר המועצה אשר יפעל לפי המימצאים שנתגלו.
