10. קשר לנקודת השירות ההידרולוגי ותה״ל
תיקון: תש״ך
באין אפשרות של קשר אלטימטרי לנקודת קבע ממשלתית בעלת גובה, יקושר האיזון לנקודת קבע שנקבעה על ידי השירות ההידרולוגי שבנציבות המים או של חברת תכנון המים לישראל בע״מ (להלן – תה״ל); באין אפשרות כזאת, ייקבע גובה היסוד לאיזון לפי גובה השטח כמסומן במפה טופוגרפית בקנה המידה הגדול ביותר שהוצאה על ידי מחלקת המדידות.
