Section 4 of תקנות שירותי הדת היהודיים (אמות מידה לחלוקת סכום רזרבה), התשפ״ה–2024, הוועדה.
4. הוועדה
(א)השר ימנה את חברי הוועדה בהרכב שלהלן:
(1)המנהל הכללי של המשרד לשירותי דת או נציגו, והוא יהיה היושב ראש;
(2)היועץ המשפטי או נציגו;
(3)חשב המשרד או נציגו;
(4)שני עובדים בכירים מקרב עובדי המשרד לשירותי דת בדרגת מנהל אגף ומעלה.
(ב)המניין החוקי בישיבות הוועדה הוא רוב חבריה ובהם יושב ראש הוועדה ובלבד שהיועץ המשפטי של המשרד או נציגו וכן חשב המשרד או נציגו נכחו בישיבה.
