2א. ביטול אישורים לאונר״א
תיקון: תשפ״ו
בלי לגרוע מהוראות כל דין, רשות מרשויות המדינה, לרבות גופים ואנשים אחרים הממלאים תפקידים ציבוריים על פי דין, תבטל כל אישור, רישיון, היתר או הטבה (בסעיף זה – אישור), שניתנו, במישרין או בעקיפין, לאונר״א, באמצעות אדם או תאגיד, אלא אם כן הובא לידיעתה כי אותו אדם או תאגיד לא קיבל, במישרין או בעקיפין, את אותו אישור בעבור אונר״א.
