2. איסור פעילות בשטח מדינת ישראל
אונר״א (UNRWA – United Nations Relief and Works Agency) לא תפעיל כל נציגות, לא תספק כל שירות ולא תקיים כל פעילות, במישרין או בעקיפין, בשטחה הריבוני של מדינת ישראל.
