20. קביעת מדיניות
נותן שירות יחליט על מדיניות, כלים וניהול סיכונים בעניין איסור הלבנת הון ומימון טרור לצורך מילוי חובותיו לעניין צו זה, לרבות בנושאים אלה:
(1)הליך של הכרת הלקוח, זיהוי, דיווח וניהול רישומים;
(2)מעקב אחר איומי הלבנת הון ומימון טרור, הנובעים, בין השאר, מטכנולוגיות חדישות, בייחוד אלה המאפשרות ביצוע עסקאות שלא פנים אל פנים.
