1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אסיפה בוחרת“ – גוף שהוקם כאמור בתקנה 8;
”ועדה רפואית“ – כהגדרתה בחוק שירות המדינה (גמלאות) [נוסח משולב], התש״ל–1970;
”מועצת הרבנות הראשית“ – מועצת הרבנות הראשית לישראל;
”מרשם אוכלוסין“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לחוק מרשם האוכלוסין, התשכ״ה–1965;
”ספרדי“ – לרבות יוצא תימן;
”רשות מקומית“ – עירייה או מועצה מקומית;
”תעודת כשירות“ – תעודה בתוקף ממועצת הרבנות הראשית המעידה על כשירות לכהן בתפקיד רב עיר.
