17. סמכויות משלימות
לא נבחרו או התמנו חברי ועדת הבחירות או חברי האסיפה הבוחרת בתוך 30 ימים מהיום שהשר הודיע על כך בכתב למי שחייב לבוחרם או למנותם, רשאי השר למנות את בעלי התפקידים.
