Section 4 of כללי הרשות השנייה לטלוויזיה ורדיו (שימוש בכספים שהתקבלו ברשות לפי סעיף 62ה לחוק), התשפ״ה–2024, כספי מימון שהתקבלו ממימוש בטוחה.
4. כספי מימון שהתקבלו ממימוש בטוחה
(א)כספי מימון שהתקבלו ממימוש בטוחה, יחולקו בין המורשים לשידורים שהגישו בקשה בעניין כמפורט בסעיף 5 על פי אמות מידה שוויוניות.
(ב)במהלך תקופה של שנתיים מיום מימוש בטוחה שנתן מורשה לשידורים, לא יוכרו לאותו מורשה לשידורים סכומים ששימשו להפקת תוכנית ממומנת.
(ג)ההכרה החלקית בשל התוכניות הממומנות מכספי מימוש הבטוחות תעמוד על 30% הן בסכום ההפקה והן בהיקף שעות השידור שלה.
