Section 5 of תקנות הגז הפחמימני המעובה (היתר למיתקני גז), התשפ״ה–2024, מסמכים שיש לצרף לבקשה לביצוע שינוי יסודי במיתקן גז או לבקשה להפעלתו לאחר ביצוע שינוי כאמור.
5. מסמכים שיש לצרף לבקשה לביצוע שינוי יסודי במיתקן גז או לבקשה להפעלתו לאחר ביצוע שינוי כאמור
(א)ספק גז יצרף לבקשה לקבלת היתר לביצוע שינוי יסודי במיתקן גז שיש לו היתר, מסמכים לפי מה שיורה לו המנהל, מתוך המסמכים שיש לצרף לפי תקנה 3, בהתאם לסוג מיתקן הגז שלגביו מוגשת הבקשה.
(ב)ספק גז יצרף לבקשה לקבלת היתר להפעלה של מיתקן גז לאחר שבוצע בו שינוי יסודי, מסמכים לפי מה שיורה לו המנהל, מתוך המסמכים שיש לצרף לפי תקנה 4, בהתאם לסוג מיתקן הגז שלגביו מוגשת הבקשה ולסוג השינוי היסודי שבוצע בו.
