1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חוק הכניסה לישראל“ – חוק הכניסה לישראל, התשי״ב–1952;
”כלב סיוע“ – חיית סיוע מסוג כלב כמפורט בתוספת השביעית לחוק;
”מרכז הכשרה והדרכה מוכר“ – מרכז הכשרה והדרכה שהוכר לפי סעיף 19ו1(ה) לחוק;
”שבב רשום“ – לפי תקנה 10 לתקנות להסדרת הפיקוח על כלבים, התשס״ה–2005;
”תקן ISO/IEC“ – תקן המתפרסם באתר האינטרנט של ארגון התקינה הבין־לאומי (ISO), כפי שהוא מתעדכן מזמן לזמן.
