14. ביצוע ותקנות
השר לביטחון לאומי ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו.
