בתוקף סמכותנו לפי סעיף 1(1) לחוק לעידוד השקעות הון בחקלאות, התשמ״א–1980, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, אנו קובעים לאמור:
1. קביעת מחליפי יבוא מובהקים
תיקון: תשנ״ז
הגידולים המפורטים להלן הם מחליפי יבוא מובהקים:
(1)גרעינים וצמחי שמן;
(2)תחמיצים וירק להאבסה;
(3)בקר לבשר במרעה;
(4)צאן לבשר במרעה;
(5)דגי מאכל.
