בתוקף סמכותנו לפי סעיף 4 לחוק עידוד השקעות הון בחקלאות, התשמ״א–1980, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, אנו מתקינים תקנות אלה:
1. היקף השקעה
היקף ההשקעה בתכנית זוטא לא יעלה על סכום של מאה ושלושים אלף שקלים חדשים.
2. ביטול
תקנות עידוד השקעות הון בחקלאות (שינוי סכום ההשקעה בתכנית זוטא), התשמ״ה–1985 – בטלות.
