בשנת 2025 לא תעודכן משכורתו של נושא משרה כאמור בפסקאות (1) ו־(2) להגדרה ”נושא משרה“ שבסעיף 1 לפי השינוי בשכר הממוצע, ולא תעודכן משכורתו של נושא משרה כאמור בפסקאות (3) ו־(4) לאותה הגדרה לפי השינוי במדד.
