3. הצמדה למדד
(א)הוראות תקנה 12(א) ו־(ב) לתקנות בתי המשפט (אגרות), התשמ״ח–1987, יחולו על האגרות לפי תקנות אלה, בשינויים המחוייבים.
(ב)מנהל בתי המשפט יפרסם הודעה ברשומות על השינוי בשיעור האגרות כמתחייב מהוראות תקנת משנה (א).
