2. אגרות
(א)מועצה דתית וכן מועצה [במקור: או חברה קדישא כאמור בתקנה 27 לתקנות כנסת ישראל], רשאים, באישור שר הדתות, להטיל אגרות בעד השירותים הניתנים על ידיהם.
(ב)האישור כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) לא יינתן אלא בהסכמת מועצת הרבנות הראשית.
(ג)הודעה בדבר אישור אגרות כאמור ושיעורן תפורסם ברשומות.
