12. בחירת אספת הנבחרים
תיקון: 1937, תש״ח
(1)אספת הנבחרים תשמש ביאת־כח לכנסת ישראל וחבריה יבחרו לתקופת ארבע שנים.
(2)בתוך ששה חדשים לתקנות אלו ינסח הועד הלאומי ויגיש לשר הדתות לשם אישור תקנות המגדירות את הרכבה של אספת הנבחרים ואת שטת הבחירות לאספת נבחרים זו. התקנות תקבלנה תוקף החל מהיום שבו אישרן שר הדתות, והאספה תבחר בתוך ששה חדשים מהיום הנ״ל.
