15. כינוס אספת הנבחרים ובחירתה
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)הועד הלאומי יכנס את אספת הנבחרים בכל פעם שיהיה צורך בכך ולא פחות מאחת לשנים עשר חודש.
(2)לא יאוחר משלושה חדשים לפני תום זמנה של האספה עליו לקבוע את מועד הבחירות לאספת נבחרים חדשה.
(3)הבחירות צריכות להגמר בתוך חמשה עשר יום אחרי תום זמן יפוי כחה של האספה:
ואולם שר הדתות יוכל על פי בקשת הועד הלאומי לאשר הארכת המועד לגמר הבחירות אם נתברר לו שסבות יוצאות מן הכלל מצריכות הארכה כזאת.
