29. פרט לאגודות קיימות
שום דבר הנאמר בתקנות אלה לא יפגע –
(א)במצבה המשפטי ובסמכויותיה של כל עדה שחבריה הנם חברי כנסת ישראל, ואשר לפני תאריך תקנות אלה, היתה רשומה כאגודה או אשר היתה באופן אחר אישיות משפטית; או
(ב)בנכסי כל הקדש צדקה שנעשה לטובת עדה כזאת.
