7. סמכויות ערעור למועצת הרבנות
מועצת הרבנות הראשית תשמש בית דין לערעורים בענינים המסורים לסמכותם של בתי הדין הרבניים. בית דין זה יתקין פעם בפעם תקנות בית דין בנידון בירור ערעורים.
