3. שיעור הריבית הצמודה
שיעור הריבית הצמודה, במונחים שנתיים, יהיה, לכל רבעון, ההפרש שבין שיעור הריבית השקלית לרבעון לבין ממוצע ציפיות האינפלציה משוק ההון בשנים עשר החודשים שקדמו ליום תחילת אותו הרבעון, כשהוא מעוגל לעשירית האחוז הקרובה ביותר, ובלבד שלא יפחת מ־0.
