Section 5 of תקנות הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (ביטוח) (קביעת ריבית מטבע חוץ לענפי הביטוח, שיעור הריבית ודרך חישובה), התשפ״ה–2024, תחולה.
5. תחולה
(א)תקנות אלה יחולו גם לעניין חוזי ביטוח שנכרתו לפני יום התחילה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), תקנות אלה לא יחולו על תגמולי ביטוח שהמועד שהיה על המבטח לשלמם, לפי דין או הסכם, חל לפני יום התחילה.
