14. הגדרות – סימן ג׳ לפרק ב׳
”יצרן“ – יצרן חלב עזים;
”יצרן מושבי“ – יצרן שאינו יצרן שיתופי;
”המכסה הקובעת“ – המכסה שנקבעה ליצרן בשנת 2016 בניכוי תוספות מכסה שהועברו אליו במסגרת הליכי העברת מכסה בין השנים 2013 עד 2016;
”יצרן קטן“ – יצרן שמכסתו הקובעת אינה עולה על 300,000 ליטרים.
