5. הקצאת תוספות למכסה של יצרנים שיתופיים ומושביים קיימים
ועדת המכסות תחלק את סך כל מנות המכסה של יצרנים מקבלים לפי סימן א׳ לפרק ב׳ לתקנות מדיניות הפיתוח לשנת 2014 שפרשו מייצור חלב ולא היו זכאים להעבירן ליצרנים אחרים לפי תקנה 20(ג) לתקנות מדיניות הפיתוח לשנת 2014, במנות שוות בין כל היצרנים שמכסתם אינה עולה על 700,000 ליטרים ושאינם בתת־ביצוע מתמשך.
