2. החלת הוראות סעיף 107 לחוק במקרים מסוימים
הוראות סעיף 107 לחוק יחולו, בהתקיים כל התנאים הקבועים בסעיף 107(ג)(1) לחוק ובשינויים המחויבים –
(1)גם לגבי שינוי מבנה כאמור בתקנה 2(א) ו־(ב) לתקנות תאגידים קשורים, ובלבד שייעודם של המקרקעין לפי התכנית החלה עליהם לא שונה אגב העברתם לחברת הקרקע לעומת הייעוד על פי התכנית שחלה עליהם לפני ההעברה;
(2)גם על שינוי מבנה כאמור בתקנות 2(ג) ו־(ד) ו־3 לתקנות תאגידים קשורים.
