Section 10 of תקנות בדבר הוראות ביטחון (סדרי עבודתה של הוועדה לבחינת תפיסת טובין) (יהודה והשומרון), התשע״ז–2017, הוראת מעבר.
10. הוראת מעבר
(א)הוראות תקנות אלו תחולנה על טובין תפוסים שטרם הוחרמו, הוגשו לגביהם טענות, ערב יום התחילה של תקנות אלו והמחזיק בהם עובר לתפיסתם פעל כמפורט בסעיף 10(ב).
(ב)המחזיק בטובין עובר לתפיסתם כאמור בסעיף 10(א), יהיה רשאי, בתוך 30 ימים מיום התחילה של תקנות אלו, להגיש את טענותיו בכתב לוועדה, וכן לבקש להופיע בפניה, כאמור בתקנה 3.
