Section 2 of תקנות העונשין (הצגת הודעה), התשנ״ג–1993, צורת ההודעה.
2. צורת ההודעה
בהודעה כאמור בסעיף 193א(ד) לחוק יתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)היא תהיה בשלט שמידותיו 40x50 ס״מ (להלן – השלט);
(2)השלט יהיה עשוי חומר קשיח, למעט קרטון;
(3)רקע השלט יהיה לבן והאותיות בצבע שחור;
(4)נוסח ההודעה יהיה כמפורט בתוספת, וגודל האותיות בסעיף 1 בה יהיה 2.5x2.5 ס״מ ובסעיף 2 בה – 1x1 ס״מ;
(5)השלט ייקבע בגובה שלא יפחת מ־1.90 מ׳ ולא יעלה על 2.20 מטרים מן הרצפה;
(6)בסמוך לשלט יותקן אמצעי תאורה שיאיר את תוכן ההודעה שבשלט.
