”ועד מקומי“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 123 לחוק;
”מפרק“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 126(א) לחוק;
”מפרק מסדיר“, ”רשות מקומית“, ”תאגיד קשור“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 113 לחוק.
